As co-founder and practice manager at Acadiana Optics, Troy Dugas brings heart, focus, and a strong sense of purpose to the day-to-day operations of the clinic. His passion for eye care stems from a desire to serve the community through work that truly makes a difference — and to build something meaningful alongside his wife, Dr. Lindsay Dugas.
Troy’s favorite part of his role is interacting with patients and supporting the dedicated team that brings the practice’s mission to life. Whether he’s helping things run smoothly behind the scenes or creating a welcoming front-office experience, Troy is committed to making every visit feel personal.
Outside of the practice, Troy enjoys spending time with his family — including their son, Theo, and their nine-year-old pup, Trinly. You’ll often find him on the golf course or enjoying a good dinner with loved ones.
